Born from a love of rock and roll, fashion, art, and the rolling waves of Canada’s East Coast, El Dorado was started with one simple concept in mind: create high-quality one-of-a-kind hats, built by hand.

Starting in 2018, hatmaker Ben Edwards set out to create the most durable and long-lasting hat possible. Through a journey of self-taught skills and techniques, and by using only the finest quality materials available, we have arrived at a product that is crafted not only to last a lifetime but to be a true statement piece of individuality.
